The new home finance sector for individuals in Saudi Arabia grew by 25.35%

The new residential finance sector for individuals in Saudi Arabia grew by 25.35% from January to the end of April 2025, to reach 35.5 billion riyals, an increase of 7.18 billion riyals over the same period in 2024, according to data from the Saudi Central Bank “SAMA”.
